calcium for optimal bone health. There is
different recommended calcium intake for
women of different age levels. Here are the
most recent recommendations of calcium intake
by age level:
Ages 9-18... 1300 mg a day
Ages 19-50... 1000 mg a day
Ages 51 and above... 1200 mg a day
