Am I at risk of developing osteoporosis?

Answered By Editor

Everyone is at risk of developing osteoporosis, especially people ages 40 and above. Females are more prone to develop osteoporosis than men. Due to our susceptibility to osteoporosis, it is smart to take all the necessary precautions to prevent osteoporosis from getting worse when it could reach level where walking becomes a challenge. Prevent this from happening by drinking fluids and eating food rich in calcium and other nourishment that the bone needs to maintain its health and strength.
