What is Moderate Spondylotic Disc disease?

Can you answer Sue T’s question about Osteoporosis?:

Hi I was diagnosed with this and cant find much info. I have it mainly in the lumbar region of L3-4 and L4-5. I also have osteopenia.

Not sure what Spondylotic mean?
